After 20 years of struggling with my weight, body image and health I have achieved peace of mind. In fact, once I made changes to how I thought becoming healthy happened with ease. I lost seven stone in two years, moved away from disordered eating and discovered a respect for myself that I hadn’t thought possible.

How does Coaching work?

We start with a 30 minute chat to discuss what you want to achieve.

Coaching is carried out remotely over video call.  We will meet regularly and keep in touch over Facebook.

I am friendly and relaxed. I want to work with you to find the most effective and practical tools to help you move forward.
