Your Working Environment Matters
We weren’t designed to sit for 8 hours a day staring at a computer screen, however that’s what modern working practices expects and to be honest I’d prefer to be coaching a client over video than foraging for grubs. If you’re like me, the hours fly-by when you’re engrossed in work, however this working approach has it’s downside:
